Weight Increase ke liye aapko kuchh bato ka khayal rakhna hoga jese ki khan paan ka uske liye apko jo main batata hoo wo wo upay karoge toh apka weight incease jaroor hoga aap is artikal ko dhyan se or poora jaroor read kare. chalo suroo karte hai.

1. VITAMIN A :-
sharir ke ango ke sahi prakar se karya(work) kare iske liye apko vitamin a se bhare hua aahar apne rojana aahar main shamil karna chahiye. isse haddiya majboot rahengi or isse  weight increase hoga and sath hi lambai(height) main bhi badotri hogi iska asar kuchh hi dino main aap dekhna suroo kar doge or ek baat ka khayal rahe is upyog ko aap daily upyog main lana hai tabhi work karega ek bhi din gape nahi hona chahiye warna iska jaldi fayeda nahi milega  iska jaldi fayeda chahiye toh daily is upay ko karna chahiye . Toh vitamin a ka sevan jaroor kare jese palak, chukandar, gaajar, chikan, doodh(milk), tamatar etc aadi ke alaava hari sabjiyo ke joos ka bhi sevan kare jese ki palak .isme aap agar ek aad chij nahi bhi khaoge toh chalega lekin ho sake toh jitni jyada vitamin a ki chije khaye or adhik se adhik jaldi laabh uthay.
2. PROTEEN :-
proteen ek rich food hai na ki keval helthi hote hai balki aapki haight bhi badate or bajan bhi badate hai . yeh sharir ki koshikao ki marmmat karte hai or amino acid se bhar poor padarth sharir ko sahi groth milti hai or behatar karya karne ki chmamata pradan karte hai. jese ki kuchh ahar hai jinme ahar paye jate hai - machhli(fish), doodh, cheej(butter), beens,  meet, moongfali, daale or chikan etc. jitna ho sake in sabhi sahi samay ke anusar khaya jaye or lagatar khaya jaye jisse adhiklaabh ho sake or sharir achha se achha dikhe iska lagatar upyog karna chahiye jisse adhik se adhik laabh mile .
